Venus de Milo Statue

Known as the Venus de Milo or the Aphrodite of Melos it is one of the better known Greek statues and was discovered on the Greek island of Milos in 1820. Aphrodite, later referred to as Venus by the Romans, was the goddess of love and beauty, born from the silver foam aphros of the sea. Venus de Milo statue replica is part of the Parastone Museum Collection. It is made from resin but has the appearance of stone with some areas having a light gray marble vein.
