Royal Egyptian Bastet Figurine

We have sculpted this small scale replica of the goddess bastet sculpture inspired by ancient Egyptians, they believed cats to be the embodiment of Bastet, the goddess of the sun's warmth and life-giving power. Cats were so revered that they were often mummified upon death and buried in cat-shaped sarcophagi. This Bastet cat is made of durable resin and hand painted in black, gold and other rich Egyptian colors. This Bastet was sculpted with a unique pose.
